摘  要:针对目前国内相关标准缺乏对儿童假人在实车正面碰撞工况下的评价,综合分析了国内外儿童假人评价现状,进行了涉及A级、B级、SUV和MPV等车型的17个实车正面碰撞试验,将Q3儿童假人放置于驾驶员侧的后排座椅.结果显示,头部3ms合成加速度平均值为88.51g,最大值为107.32g;颈部Z方向受力的平均值为3.09kN,最大值为4.28kN;儿童假人胸部压缩量的平均值为32.82mm,最大值为40.67mm;儿童假人胸部粘性指数的平均值为0.35m/s,最大值为0.73m/s.通过试验数据的分析,儿童乘员的头部、颈部和胸部有受伤的风险,应纳入评价指标.本研究为儿童假人评价标准的建立提供借鉴.For present domestic standards lacking of child dummy evaluation in real vehicle frontal impact conditions, 17 front collision tests in which the Q3 child dummy is placed on the second row seats behind the driver seat are conducted involving A-class car, B-class car, SUV and MPV based on analysis of the situation of child dummy injure evaluation at home and abroad. The results show that the average value of 3 ms synthetic head acceleration is 88.51 g, and the maximum value is 107.32 g;the average value of neck Fz is 3.09 kN, and the maximum value is 4.28 kN;the average value of chest compression is 32.82 mm, and the maximum value is 40.67 mm;the average value of chest viscous criterion is 0.35 m/s, and the maximum value is 0.73 m/s. Children’s head, neck and chest have injury risk by analyzing the test data, and should be included as assessment criteria. The research provides reference for the construction of child dummy’s assessment standard.
