摘 要:本文主要探究利用实验型喷雾干燥机制备胶原蛋白粉的喷粉条件。首先采用碱法脱铬制备胶原蛋白水解液,其次探究喷粉时胶原蛋白水解液的浓度、实验型喷雾干燥机的进出口温度、蠕动泵转速、风机频率等实验因素对喷粉效率的影响,从而探究出喷粉的最佳工艺。实验探究后得到的工艺路线为:胶原蛋白水解液在进行喷粉时的浓度为30%、进口温度设置成220℃、出口温度为110℃、蠕动泵转速为15 r/min、风机频率为40 Hz。在此条件下喷出的胶原蛋白粉呈乳白色,水分含量为6.05%,喷粉量达到2.749 g/min。This article mainly explored the spray conditions for preparing collagen powder by using an experimental spray dryer.First,the alkaline hydrolysis method was used to prepare a collagen hydrolysate.Secondly,the effects of experimental factors such as the concentration of collagen hydrolysate during powder spraying,the inlet and outlet temperatures of experimental spray dryers,the speed of peristaltic pumps,and the frequency of fans on the powder spraying efficiency were also explored.The process route obtained after experimental investigation were as follows:the concentration of collagen hydrolysate during powder spraying was 30%,the inlet temperature was set to 240℃,the outlet temperature was 110℃,the peristaltic pump speed was 15 r/min,and the fan frequency was 40Hz.The collagen powder sprayed under this condition was milky white and had a good color.The powder spray amount reached 2.749 g/min.
