摘 要:日本的地方城镇面临着人口减少、少子老龄化、人口往三大都市圈集中等突出问题,外加私家车的普及,使得公共交通的客流量大幅度减少,公共交通运营单位不得不采取取消路线、减少公交班次等方式来降低成本。但日本全国的旅游都在蓬勃发展,为了吸引游客,地方城镇在公共交通方面采取了发行交通通票、将公共交通与地方资源串联起来、将地方特色反映到车外观及车内服务等多种做法来解决游客出行难的问题,并为游客创造出行乐趣。通过归纳、总结这些做法,可为我国乡村旅游业在公共交通方面的发展提供一些参考。Japan's local towns are facing stress of population decrease,declining birthrate and aging population,and population concentration in the three metropolitan areas.Moreover,with the popularization of private cars,Passenger Flow is decreased greatly,public transportation Departments have to cancel routes and reduce bus frequency to reduce costs.With the flourishing development of tourism,Japan local town’s public transportation takes various measures to attract tourists.Such as issue free-pass,connect public transportation with local resources reflect local characteristics into the exterior of the car and in-car services.Through summarizing these measures,it can provide some references for the development of rural tourism in the field of public transportation in China.
