摘 要:针对某风力发电机组运行过程中的异常振动问题进行诊断研究。首先,基于模态测试方法和快速傅里叶变换方法,获取台架状态下的风力发电机组特征及振动信号;其次,通过不同风场异常风电机组与正常机组的振动测试对比分析,得到异常振动的特征及规律。结合有限元分析的计算结果表明,并网发电的工频与风电机组动态特性发生耦合是导致异常振动的根本原因。最后,对风电机组进行结构优化以避免共振,改进后的风电机组可有效避开工频,表明对异常风电机组的诊断分析和改进建议合理。The abnormal vibration in the operation process of a windmill generator unit were analyzed and diagnosed.Firstly,based on the modal testing and the fast Fourier transform,the characteristics and vibration signals of the windmill generator unit were obtained.Then,through the comparative analysis of the testing results of the abnormal windmill generator unit and the normal windmill generator unit in different wind fields,the characteristics and regulation of the abnormal vibration of the unit were obtained.The finite element analysis shows that the coupling effect between the working frequency induced by the electric power grid and the dynamic performance of the windmill generator unit is the essential reason for the abnormal vibration.Finally,the structural optimization was done for the windmill generator unit to avoid the resonance.The improved windmill generator unit can effectively avoid from the working frequency of the electric power grid,which shows that the abnormal vibration diagnosis and analysis of the windmill generator unit and its improvement scheme are reasonable.
