摘  要:针对某型吸油烟机,首先通过噪声源识别试验对主要噪声源进行分析,明确吸油烟机的噪声主要为气动噪声。其次利用FLUENT软件对吸油烟机的流场进行模拟分析,得到吸油烟机流场的压力和速度分布。依据试验和仿真分析结果,同时考虑改进设计的成本,提出针对蜗壳及蜗舌的噪声控制措施。最后利用声学软件Virtual.Lab Acoustics计算得到吸油烟机的声场仿真数据,并对噪声控制措施进行效果评估。结果表明,改进后的吸油烟机与原型相比达到了较好的降噪效果。A type of range hooks was taken for study.Firstly,the main noise source of the range hood was analyzed through the test.It is clear that the noise of the range hood is mainly aerodynamic noise.Secondly,the flow field of the range hood was calculated by using Fluent to obtain the pressure and velocity distributions.Based on the results of test and simulation,and considering the cost of design improvement,the noise control measures for scroll and volute tongue are proposed.Finally,the aerodynamic noise of the range hood was numerically calculated in Virtual.Lab Acoustics,and the effect of the noise control measures was evaluated.The results show that the noise of the improved range hood has better noise reduction effect than the original prototype.
