摘 要:目前潜艇的推力轴承与基座之间采用刚性连接,有必要对推力轴承进行隔振设计。首先研究基于传递矩阵法的推力轴承隔振器设计方法,以某艇推进轴系为例设计两套推力轴承隔振方案,并研究推力轴承隔振对轴系稳定性、潜艇声振传递特性和螺旋桨非定常激励下潜艇水下声辐射的影响。结果表明,推力轴承隔振对螺旋桨激励引起的潜艇水下声辐射具有良好的隔振效果。At present,rigid connection is used between the thrust bearing and the base of the submarine.In this paper,vibration isolation design of thrust bearing is proposed.Firstly,the design method of the thrust bearing isolator is studied based on transfer matrix method.Two vibration isolation schemes of the thrust bearing are designed for a ship’s propulsion shafting.The effects of vibration isolation of the thrust bearing on shafting stability,acoustic and vibration transmission characteristics of the submarine and the underwater acoustic radiation of the submarine under unsteady excitation of propeller are studied.The results show that the thrust bearing vibration isolation has a good vibration isolation effect for acoustic radiation of underwater submarines caused by propeller excitation.
