2例外伤性假性颞浅动脉瘤

摘　　要：报道2例外伤性假性颞浅动脉瘤自行消退病例。2例患者均有头部外伤史,伤后颞部出现肿物,超声检查提示为假性颞浅动脉瘤。患者经保守治疗后瘤体消失,随访6~8个月未见复发。部分外伤性假性颞浅动脉瘤可在急性期过后自行愈合,瘤体消失,无需外科干预。Two cases of spontaneous resolution of traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the superficial temporal artery were reported.All the 2 patients had a history of head trauma,and there was a mass in the temporal region after the injury,which was indicated by ultrasound as pseudosuperficial temporal aneurysm.The tumor disappeared after conservative treatment.Follow-up was conducted for 6-8 months,and no recurrence was found.Some traumatic pseudosuperficial temporal aneurysms can heal spontaneously after the acute stage without surgery intervention,and the tumor disappears.
