摘　　要：目的探讨成人隐匿性自身免疫性糖尿病(latent autoimmune diabetes in adults,LADA)患者血清肿瘤三项水平及影响因素。方法选取2012年1月-2018年12月LADA患者186例、T2DM患者185例及健康人群179例,比较三组血清CA199、CEA、AFP等水平,多重线性回归分析HbA1c、TG等对LADA患者肿瘤指标水平的影响。结果LADA及T2DM患者CA199、CEA水平高于健康体检者(P<0.01)。LADA患者血清CA199、CEA水平与HbA1c、TG水平相关(P<0.05),且CEA水平与性别有关(P<0.01),男性患者CEA水平更高。结论LADA患者血清CEA、CA199水平明显高于健康人群,且与糖脂代谢紊乱相关。Objective To explore the level and its influencing factor of the tumor markers in latent autoimmune diabetes in adults(LADA).Methods A total of 186 latent autoimmune diabetes(LADA)inpatients were enrolled from January 2012 to December 2018.At the same time,185 cases of type 2 diabetes and 179 cases of healthy crowd were served as control group.Blood samples were collected to determine the levels of AFP,CEA,CA199,HbA1c,TC,TG,HDL,LDL-C in each group.The Kruskal-Wallis H test was used to analyze the differences between group LADA and the other two control group in the tumor markers.A multiple linear regression analysis was used to screen the risk factors for tumor markers in group LADA.Results The tumor markers of CEA and CA199 in group LADA or group T2DM were significantly higher than that in group of healthy crowd(P<0.01).The levels of CEA and CA199 in group LADA have significant associations with HbA1c or TG(P<0.05).A significant association was found between CEA and sex(P<0.01).We found that male have higher CEA levels than women.Conclusion Compared with healthy crowd,the tumor markers of CEA and CA199 in group LADA were higher,and the glyeolipid metabolism disorder may play a key role in that mechanism.
