口腔正畸对牙周病致牙位移患者美观的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔正畸治疗在牙周病致牙位移患者中的应用及对美观、血清炎症因子的影响。方法选择2018年8月-2019年6月牙周病致牙位移患者76例作为对象,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=38)。对照组给予牙周基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合口腔正畸治疗,治疗后对患者完成6个月随访,比较两组牙周功能、炎症因子及美观。结果观察组治疗后6个月TNF-α、IL-6、IL-2水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后整体美观、牙齿排列、患牙外形、牙齿松动评分高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后6个月整体美观、牙齿排列、患牙外形、牙齿松动评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将口腔正畸治疗用于牙周病致牙位移患者中能获得良好的美观,降低炎症因子水平,能提高口腔美观。Objective To explore the application of orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontal disease induced tooth displacement and its effect on aesthetics and serum inflammatory factors.Methods 76 patients with periodontal displacement from August 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=38).The control group was given basic periodontal treatment,the observation group was combined with orthodontic treatment on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the patients were followed up for 6 months,and the periodontal function,inflammatory factors and aesthetics of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of overall aesthetics,tooth arrangement,tooth shape and tooth mobility in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);the scores of overall aesthetics,tooth arrangement,tooth shape and tooth mobility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontal disease induced tooth displacement can obtain good appearance,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve the beauty of the oral cavity.
