玻璃纤维桩经不同表面处理修复牙体缺损临床研究

摘　　要：目的对比玻璃纤维桩经不同表面处理修复牙体缺损效果。方法选医院2017年3月-2018年3月100例牙体缺损患者,随机分为四个不同的组,每组25例,A组纤维桩粘接前不作相对应的处理。B组患者纤维桩粘接前经喷砂的处理。C组患者纤维桩粘接前经过氧化氢(H2O2)溶液的处理,D组患者纤维桩粘接前经硅烷剂涂布的处理。比较四组预后效果。结果四组的总疗效、修复效果和治疗失败发生率差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05,其中其中B组、D组的临床总疗效高于其他两个组,B组、C组治疗后的修复效果好于A组、D组,B组合D组的治疗后失败的发生率低于其他两个组,但差异性情况各不相同。结论牙体缺损患者通过喷砂和过氧化氢溶液处理可改善纤维桩临床效果临床效果显著,治疗后患者日常生活能力恢复较好,并发症少,住院时间较短。Objective To compare the effects of different surface treatments of glass fiber posts on tooth defects.Methods A total of 100 patients with dental defects from March 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into four different groups,25 in each group.Group A fibers were not treated correspondingly before bonding.Group B patients were treated with sandblasting before bonding the fiber posts.Patients in group C were treated with hydrogen oxide(H2O2)solution before bonding,and patients in group D were treated with silane before fiber bonding.The prognostic effects of the four groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in the total efficacy,repair effect and the incidence of treatment failure among the four groups(P<0.05),among which the total clinical efficacy of group B and group D was higher than that of the other two groups,the repair effect of group B and group C was better than that of group A and group D,and the incidence of failure of group B and group D was lower than that of the other two groups,but the differences were different.Conclusion Sandblasting and hydrogen peroxide solution treatment can improve the clinical effect of fiber posts in patients with dental defects.The patients have better daily living ability after treatment,fewer complications,and shorter hospital stay.
