摘  要:目的探索一种增强过滤效率的方法,将一次性无胶条防护服改造为满足国标要求的医用防护服,替代在物资紧缺时用于应急条件下的胶条医用防护服。方法首先根据《医用一次性防护服技术标准(GB19082-2009)》国家标准对防护服的要求,比较最常见的胶条防护服和无胶条防护服的差异,明确无胶条防护服的改进方向;同时应用3种不同方法对无胶条防护服进行改造实验,通过专业检测设备和规范检测方法对改造后的防护服进行过滤效率测试;选择最优改造方法对无胶条防护服进行批量改造及试穿,并设计模拟穿戴实验测试改造效果。结果实验中的3种方法改造的防护服,测试点过滤效率均≥79.90%,其中使用薄膜胶带外贴的方法最优,过滤效率≥91.83%;按该方法批量改造200件防护服,模拟穿戴实验中,面料、接缝、拉链处等关键部位的过滤效率穿戴前均≥76.20%,穿戴后≥73.33%。结论本研究探索出一种由外表面对接缝进行密封,在拉链门襟处加贴双面胶,在领口加装门襟的防护服改造方法;按此方法改造后的防护服过滤效率显著提高,满足国家标准要求,可作为胶条防护服的紧急替代方案。OBJECTIVE To upgrade a disposal protective clothing without rubber strips to a medical protective clothing meeting the national standard requirements by exploring an approach to enhance filtering efficiency so as to be used as an alternative for urgent need when medical protective clothing with rubber strips are out of supply.METHODS Firstly,the improvement points were defined by studying the national standard′Technical Requirements for Single-use Protective Clothing for Medical Use(GB19082-2009)′and comparing the most common protective clothing with rubber strips with the protective clothing without rubber strips;secondly,experiments were conducted to retrofit protective clothing without rubber strips with 3 different methods,the filtering efficiencies were tested by using specialized devices and normative test methods,the optimal retrofitting method was chosen to retrofit the protective clothing without rubber strips in batch and try them on,and a wearing simulation experiment was designed to test the effect of the retrofitted clothing.RESULTS The filtering efficiencies of the tested parts of the protective clothing that were retrofitted by all the three methods were no less than 79.90%,the method of sealing the seams on the outside with BOPP sealing tape performed best and reached a filtering efficiency no less than 91.83%;this method was employed to retrofit 200 protective clothing,the result of the wearing simulation experiment showed that the filtering efficiencies of the critical parts such as fabric,seams and zippers were no less than 76.20%before the wearing,no less than 73.33%after the wearing.CONCLUSION A method to retrofit the protective clothing has been explored:sealing seams with BOPP sealing tape on the outside,adding double sided adhesive tape on the zipper flap,and adding neck flap.The filtering efficiency of the protective clothing retrofitted with the method is significantly improved and meets the national standard requirements,therefore,the retrofitted clothing can be used as an alternati
