摘  要:职业教育作为培养技能型劳动者的主阵地,在人才培养过程中,可以借鉴学徒制的优质经验,建立校企课程兼顾、融通国家职业资格标准、工学交替的课程体系。文章以水利水电建筑工程专业为例,介绍了在企业反馈基础上针对通识课程、职业素质课程、岗位能力课程、顶岗实训课程进行的创新课程体系。As the main position of training skilled laborers, vocational education can learn from the high-quality experience of apprenticeship system in the process of talent training to establish a curriculum system that takes into account the school-enterprise curriculum, integrates the national vocational qualification standards, and alternates work and study. Taking the major of water conservancy and hydropower construction engineering specialty as an example, this paper introduces the innovative curriculum system in general courses, professional quality courses, post ability courses, on-the-job training courses and other aspects based on enterprise feedback.
