摘  要:为实现直流电机脱粒机的高性能运转,利用晶闸管、二极管等器件设计了一个带有速度环和电流环的双闭环晶闸管脱粒机调速系统。研究了电流和转速的动态变化过程,得到最优调节方式。利用Matlab/Simulink对系统进行电流环和转速环建模和仿真,详细分析双闭环调速控制系统的特性。结果表明稳定电流是靠电流元件的反馈作用实现,同时依靠转速检测元件消除转速偏差,得到稳定转速。实现了同步调节电流和转速的目的,为进一步的实际运用奠定了基础。In this paper,a double closed-loop thyristor speed regulation system with speed loop and current loop is designed by using thyristor,diode and other devices.The dynamic change process of current and speed is studied,and the optimal regulation mode is obtained.The current loop and speed loop of thethresher system are modeled and simulated by using MATLAB/Simulink,and the characteristics of the double closed-loop speed control system are analyzed in detail.The results show that the stable current is realized by the feedback of the current element,and at the same time,the speed deviation is eliminated by the speed detecting element to obtain the stable speed.The purpose of synchronous regulation of current and speed is realized,which lays a foundation for further practical application.
