摘　　要：目的探讨多角度肢体功能位固定器在脑卒中康复患者中的应用效果。方法选取在某医院康复科2017年12月~2018年12月收治的经CT或MRI证实的脑卒中偏瘫患者60例为研究对象。患者发病时间<24 h,均有一侧肢体功能障碍但无严重意识障碍,随机分为两组,每组30例;实验组采用多角度肢体功能位固定器,对照组采用常规康复辅助用具,比较两组患者的日常生活能力评分、运动功能评定、舒适度及满意度。结果治疗后6周后实验组的Barthel指数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组的Ashworth分级明显优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组的Clonus分级法评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者Brunnstrom分期运动功能治疗后6周分别较治疗前显著改善,且实验组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者舒适度及满意度评分均低于实验组(P<0.05)。结论多角度肢体功能位固定器可改善脑卒中患者的日常生活能力,有效预防膝过伸、足下垂等并发症,增加了患者的生活质量和护理工作满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of multi-angle limb functional fixator in stroke rehabilitation patients.Methods 60 stroke patients with hemiplegia confirmed by CT or MRI admitted to the rehabilitation department of a hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The time of onset was less than 24 h;all patients had one side of limb dysfunction but no serious disturbance of consciousness.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The study group used multi-angle limb function fixator,and the control group used conventional rehabilitation aids.The daily life ability score,motor function,comfort and satisfaction degree of the two groups was compared.Results The Barthel index,Ashworth score and Clonus score of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Brunnstrom stage motor function after six weeks of the two groups were significantly improved as compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort and satisfaction scores of the control group were lower than those of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-angle limb functional fixator can improve the ability of daily life of stroke patients,effectively prevent knee hyperextension,foot drop and other complications,and enhance the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
