摘 要:摇枕座铸件为ZL101A合金,是高速磁浮车走行部件的关键部件。文中针对ZL101A摇枕座铸件的结构特点与性能要求,分析了该铸件的铸造工艺特点,开展了ZL101A合金综合性能优化研究。从成分优化、晶粒细化、熔体处理以及铸造工艺方案设计、铸造ProCAST数值仿真五个方面进行了技术研究。结果表明:采用高纯原料,配合晶粒细化、初生硅球化,可有效提升ZL101A合金的综合性能;采用低压浇注工艺,配合底注式浇注系统和厚大部位放置冷铁的铸造工艺,可制备出内部质量良好的摇枕座铸件,满足设计指标要求。ZL101A alloy body bolster casting is a critical component of the running system of high-speed magnetic levitation.Based on the structure feature of the body bolster casting and the characteristics of ZL101A alloy,the key points of the casting process were analyzed.The study was carried out from five aspects of composition optimization,alloy refinement,melt treatment,casting process design,ProCAST numerical simulation.The results show that the performance of ZL101A alloy is significantly improved by using high purity raw materials,optimizing alloy composition,modifying and treating the alloy melt,and the castings with excellent internal quality can be obtained by using low pressure casting method,bottom gating system and setting chill on the thick,large area.
