增强高校巡察监督效能的着力点

摘　　要：高校在推进全面从严治党的实践中,积极探索开展校内巡察工作,为学校改革发展提供坚强有力的政治保障。文章分析了当前高校巡察监督效能发挥的“用力不足”问题,从完善健全巡察工作机制、选优配强巡察工作队伍、推进落实巡察整改、促进巡察成果转化运用等几个方面阐述增强高校巡察监督效能的着力点。In the practice of comprehensively governing the party with strict discipline,colleges and universities actively explore and carry out campus inspection work to provide a strong political guarantee for the reform and development of schools.This paper analyzes the problem of"insufficient efforts"in the performance of inspection and supervision in colleges and universities,and expounds the key points to enhance the effectiveness of inspection and supervision in colleges and universities from the aspects of perfecting the working mechanism of inspection and supervision,selecting the best members and matching the strong inspection working team,promoting the rectification of inspection and rectification,and promoting the transformation and application of inspection results.
