“金课”建设实现路径的探讨——郑州大学以“一院一范例”为抓手推进“金课”建设实践

摘　　要：课程建设是高等教育培养人才和发展学术的重要基础,“金课”以其“高阶性”“创新性”和“挑战度”的突出特征,成为建设一流大学和培养一流人才的关键。为探索“金课”建设的实现路径,我校围绕“金课”的“两性一度”制定了《郑州大学“金课”建设的基本要求》,设立专项,并从建设要求、标准、机制和打造发展型教师梯队等方面为“金课”建设提供保障。要求各院系结合自身优势,从“一院”建设一门“范例”式“金课”作为开端,即以“一院一范例”为抓手,分“宣传、打造、提升和全面推广”四个阶段逐步实现全面建设“金课”的总体目标。Curriculums'construction is an important foundation for higher education to cultivate undergraduates and develop academic research.The"golden course"is critical for building a first-class university and cultivate first-class undergraduates due to its outstanding characteristics,such as"high quality","innovation"and"challenging".To explore the path of the"golden course's"construction,our university has formulated"The Basic Requirements of the'Golden Course'of Zhengzhou University",set up exclusive funds,and provided guarantees for the implementation of the"golden course"from the construction requirements,standards,mechanisms and developmental teacher echelon.All the departments in our university are required to combine their own advantages,built one"golden course"model in one college as the start,and divided"publicity,creation,improvement,and overall promotion"four stapes to achieve the final goal of building the"golden course",gradually.
