摘 要:通过对女性假人胸部标定试验的研究,得出假人胸部可看作弹性结构,在指定的条件下,具有特定的刚度。在50km/h正面碰撞试验中,在普通安全带及限力式安全带作用下女性假人胸部刚度约为160kN/m。在约束系统开发中对女性假人胸部刚度的特性应用进行研究,得出在后排约束系统开发中,可以以女性假人胸部刚度达到160kN/m为开发目标之一。为达到此目标,对坐垫表面刚度和安全带固定点的位置等进行优化,提高开发效率。The research on the chest calibration tests of a female dummy shows that the dummy chest may be regarded as a flexible structure that has specifical rigidity when the impact condition is appointed.The chest stiffness of the female dummy is about 160kN/m under the normal or force-limited seat belt effect in the 50km/h frontal impact tests.By researching the application of female dummy chest stiffness during developing the restraint system,we may look the 160kN/m chest rigidity of the female dummy as the development target.For the target,optimizing the surface stiffness of the cushion and the fixing position of the seat belt et al.may increase the development efficiency.
