左归丸合地黄饮子加减方联合重复高频经颅磁刺激治疗脑梗死恢复期的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对于脑梗死恢复期患者采用左归丸合地黄饮子加减方联合重复高频经颅磁刺激治疗,并观察其疗效。方法选取某院于2018年3月至2019年10月收治的脑梗死恢复期患者64例,根据随机数表法分为两组。对照组以左归丸合地黄饮子加减方治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合重复高频经颅磁治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床疗效、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血管生成素(Ang-2)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平及中医证候情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率90.63%(29/32)明显高于对照组的68.75%(22/32),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的VEGE、Ang-2指标均升高,NSE指标及中医证候积分均降低,同对照组相比,观察组患者的升高或下降幅度较大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于脑梗死恢复期患者采用左归丸合地黄饮子加减方联合重复高频经颅磁刺激治疗可提高VEGE、Ang-2指标,同时降低NSE指标,具有显著的疗效。Objective To observe the effect of treating patients with cerebral infarction during the recovery period with Zuogui pill plus decoction of Rehmannia glutinosa combined with repeated high frequency transcranial magnetic therapy.Methods 64 patients with cerebral infarction during the recovery period admitted to a hospital from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Zuogui pill plus decoction of Rehmannia glutinosa,while the observation group was treated with repeated high frequency transcranial magnetic therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),Angiogenin(Ang-2),neuron specific enolase(NSE)levels and TCM syndromes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.63%(29/32),which was significantly higher than 68.75%(22/32)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VEGE and Ang-2 indexes of the patients in the two groups were increased,while the NSE indexes and TCM syndrome score were decreased.Compared with the control group,the increase or decrease of the patients in the observation group was large,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients in the recovery period of cerebral infarction,Zuogui pill plus decoction of Rehmannia glutinosa combined with repeated high frequency transcranial magnetic therapy can improve the indicators of VEGE and Ang-2,and at the same time reduce the indicators of NSE,which has a significant curative effect.
