基于AHP的化工企业危险品TPL服务商评价

摘　　要：企业在强调差异化与高增值服务的竞争压力下,必须整合资源大力发展自身核心业务,将非核心业务外包给合作的第三方物流服务商,通过尝试建立化工企业危险品TPL服务商的评价指标体系,以K化工企业为研究对象,结合德尔菲法和层次分析法算出各指标的权重。结果表明,化工企业进行危险品TPL服务商评价时会先满足危险品物流的高安全性和低成本两大条件,两者在整个评价体系中所占比重分别为22.33%和21.98%。未来企业应关注TPL服务商价格变动和安全性。Under the pressure of emphasizing differentiation and high value-added services,enterprises must integrate resources to vigorously develop their core business and outsource non-core business to cooperative TPL service providers.Through the attempt to establish the evaluation index system of TPL service provider of dangerous goods in chemical enterprises,the weight of each index is calculated by combining Delphi method and AHP with K enterprise as the object.The results show that when chemical enterprises evaluate TPL service providers of dangerous goods,they will first meet the two conditions of high safety and low cost of dangerous goods logistics,which account for 22.33%and 21.98%respectively in the whole evaluation system.Future enterprises should pay attention to the price changes and safety of TPL service providers.
