教育人力资本对农民工职业选择的影响

摘　　要：基于2013年中国居民收入调查数据,利用Mlogit模型,研究教育人力资本对农民工职业选择的影响。研究发现:受教育程度对不同层次、年龄、职业的农民工影响效果存在不同。为了提升农民工的职业选择能力,促使农民工快速适应产业结构的调整升级,推动我国经济高质量发展,应该加大我国农村地区的教育投入,提升农民工教育水平,同时加强现有农民工的职业技能培训,以及完善劳动力市场的职业岗位供给体系。Based on the survey data of Chinese residents’income in 2013,this paper uses the Mlogit model to study the influence of educational human capital on migrant workers’career choices.It’s found from the study that there show differences in the effects of educational level on career choices of migrant workers of different levels,ages and occupations.In order to enhance migrant workers’ability of career choices,to promote their rapid adaptation to the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,and to promote the high-quality economic development,the following measure are suggested:increasing investment in education in rural areas,improving migrant workers’education level,strengthening the training on their vocational skills,and improving the job supply system in the labor market.
