多退化失效模式下基于功能仿真的可靠性建模方法研究

摘　　要：针对多退化失效模式下的产品可靠性建模问题,提出了一种基于功能仿真和退化失效分析相结合的可靠性建模新方法,通过EDA系统功能仿真方法确定了产品关键功能单元,再由退化失效机理和统计分析方法获取关键单元的可靠度函数,而后采用混合分布的方法确定了系统的可靠性模型,最后采用具体实例验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。Aiming to resolve the problem of reliability modeling of multi-degradation mode,a novel method is proposed to calculate the reliability based on function simulation and degradation failure analysis.The critical units will be determined by function simulation,the reliability function of critical units can be got by degradation failure mode and statistical analysis method.And then,the system reliability mode can be got by introducing the mixed distribution.Finally,this model is applied to solve of the reliability of filter circuit,the results validate the rationality and effectiveness of this model.
