摘 要:将枇杷核粉碎后吸附废水中的铜离子,利用扫描电镜(SEM)分析其表面特征。研究了吸附剂投加量、pH、吸附时间、温度对吸附过程的影响,考虑经济效益和环境效益,确定最佳的反应条件为25°C,pH为6. 5,吸附剂0. 2 g,吸附时间1 h,对Cu2+的去除率和吸附量为90. 2%和4. 51 mg/g。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析吸附前后枇杷核的表征结构,并探讨其吸附机理。Loquat seeds were crushed and used to adsorb copper ions in wastewater and the surface characteristics were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The effects of adsorbent dosage,pH value,adsorption time,and temperature on the adsorption process were studied.Under the optimum reaction conditions of 25°C,pH for 6.5,adsorbent dosage for 0.2 g and adsorption time for 1 h,the removal rate and adsorption capacity of Cu2+were 90.2%and 4.51 mg/g,considering the economic and environmental benefits.The analysis of the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and X ray diffraction(XRD)revealed the characterization structure of loquat seeds before and after adsorption and the adsorption mechanism briefly.
