摘  要:切花采后的观赏品质和寿命长短是决定其商业价值的关键因素,采后切花保鲜技术是保证切花品质的关键。花枝离开母体后,由于水分和营养供给受阻、微生物活动等因素的影响,导致体内平衡条件被破坏,进而加快衰老和枯萎进程,采用保鲜剂进行切花保鲜的方法已得到广泛应用。乙烯是促进切花衰老的重要影响因子,因此乙烯抑制剂常作为保鲜剂的重要成分应用于延长切花瓶插寿命和提高切花的观赏品质。利用乙烯抑制剂通过阻断乙烯生物合成或信号转导的某一环节可延迟切花的衰老。本文综述了近年来关于乙烯抑制剂在切花保鲜上的研究应用。The ornamental quality and longevity of cut flowers after harvest are the key factors determining their commercial value.Fresh-keeping technology of cut flowers after harvest is the key to ensure the quality of cut flowers.After the flower branch leaves the parent body,the balance condition of the body is destroyed because of the influence of water and nutrient supply obstruction,microorganism activity and so on,thus accelerating the aging and withering process.The fresh-keeping method of cut flowers with preservative has been widely used.Ethylene is the major factor to promote the aging of cut flowers.Therefore,ethylene inhibitor is often used as a significant component of fresh-keeping agent to prolong the vase life of cut flowers and improve the ornamental quality of cut flowers.The use of ethylene inhibitors can delay the senescence of cut flowers by blocking a link in ethylene biosynthesis or signal transduction.The use of ethylene inhibitors can delay the aging of cut flowers by blocking a link of ethylene biosynthesis or signal transduction.This article reviewed the recent research on applications of ethylene inhibitors in fresh-keeping of cut flowers.
