摘  要:随着大数据时代的到来,制造业车间的各个制造工位所要监测的数据量愈发庞大,分布式数据采集与监测控制(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition,SCADA)系统面临着通信压力大、上位机数据处理效率低等问题。基于边缘计算的理念,提出了一种单元化SCADA系统架构,在各个制造工位站旁进行分布式数据处理,再将处理好的数据按工厂需求进行合理分配,从而避免分布式SCADA系统所面临的问题。With the era of big data coming,the amount of data to be monitored in manufacturing workshop is becoming larger.Distributed Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition(SCADA)systems are confronted with such problems as high communication pressure and low data processing efficiency.Based on edge computing,proposed a system architecture of modular SCADA system.Distributed data processing was carried out beside each station,and then the processed data was allocated reasonably according to the needs of the factory,so as to avoid the problems faced by distributed SCADA system.
