脑室-腹腔分流术与第三脑室造瘘术治疗婴幼儿脑积水的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的对比脑室-腹腔分流术与第三脑室造瘘术用于婴幼儿脑积水治疗的疗效。方法选取112例开封市儿童医院于2016年6月-2018年5月收治的婴幼儿脑积水患儿,利用随机数表法分为两组,各56例。对照组行脑室-腹腔分流术,观察组行第三脑室造瘘术,对比两组临床疗效、手术时间、住院时间、并发症及复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间及住院时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率及复发率均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与脑室-腹腔分流术相比,第三脑室造瘘术治疗婴幼儿脑积水可有效提升临床疗效,降低并发症发生率及复发率,促进患者恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the efficacy of ventricle-abdominal shunt and third ventricle fistula in the treatment of hydrocephalus in infants.Methods 112 infants with hydrocephalus treated in the hospital from June,2016 to May,2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ventricle-abdominal shunt,and the observation group was treated with third ventricle fistula.The clinical efficacy,operation time,hospitalization time,complications and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence and recurrence rate of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with ventricle-abdominal shunt,the treatment of hydrocephalus with third ventricle can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate,and promote the recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
