摘  要:目的探索混合式教学模式在高职护理专业《妇产科护理》教学中的应用及效果。方法选取宣城职业技术学院护理专业155级1班和2班共103名学生作为研究对象,1班49人作为对照组,采用常规课件和板书的教学模式;2班54人作为实验组,采用混合式教学模式,比较两组的期末成绩和总评成绩,并在实验组中开展问卷调查,了解学生对混合式教学的评价。结果实验组学生的期末成绩、总评成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,实验组班级的学生认可接受混合式教学模式。结论在《妇产科护理》课堂上应用混合式教学模式,有助于激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生临床思维模式,提高了教学效果。Objective To explore the application and effect of mixed teaching mode in the teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing in higher vocational nursing specialty.Methods A total of 103 students from Class 1 and Class 2,Grade 155 of higher vocational nursing major in the college were selected as the research object,and 49 students from Class 1 as the control group.The teaching mode of traditional courseware and blackboard writing was adopted.54 students from Class 2 were selected as the experimental group,and mixed teaching mode was adopted to compare the final results and the overall evaluation results of the two groups.A questionnaire survey was conducted in the experimental group to understand the students’evaluation of mixed teaching.Results Students in the experimental group had higher final scores and overall evaluation scores than those in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Students in the experimental group accepted the mixed teaching mode.Conclusion The application of mixed teaching mode in the class of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing can stimulate the students’learning interest,cultivate their clinical thinking mode,and improve the teaching effect.
