摘 要:在并联坐标测量机中,杆长误差是主要的误差源之一。结合所研发的3-PUU并联坐标测量机,通过建立测量误差模型,从理论及仿真角度分析杆长误差所引起的测头运动误差,进一步分析各坐标方向的测头运动误差对样机测量精度的影响。在此基础上设计专门的实验,实验结果表明,杆长误差引起的动平台位置、姿态误差对测量误差的影响度不同,并且位置、姿态误差转变的测量误差分量之间在工作空间内不同位置并非呈现单一误差累积或者误差平均,在不同坐标方向上测量误差的分布规律也不同。Bar length error is one of the main error sources in parallel coordinate measuring machine as well as in other parallel mechanism,which will be discussed further with self-developed 3-PUU parallel coordinate measuring machine in this paper.The motion error of the probe on the moving platform caused by the bar length error is revealed based on the established measurement error model,and the influence of the motion error of each coordinate direction on the measurement accuracy is also analyzed.Finally,a special experiment was designed,the following experimental results show that the position and orientation errors of the moving platform caused by the bar length errors in the workspace have different effects on the measurement errors in different coordinate directions,and the measurement error components transformed by the position and orientation errors do not present single error accumulation or error average in different positions,and the distribution of measurement error components in different directions are not same.
