摘  要:打造高水平高质量的"双师型"教师队伍,是高职院校发展的重要依托,也是"双高计划"建设的重要目标。当前,高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设,面临教师专业发展的统一标准尚未制定、教师能力提升的培养平台缺乏、教师专业发展的动力机制尚不完善等困境,亟需通过制定相关标准、搭建平台支撑、推动机制创新等措施,加快"双师型"教师队伍的建设,推进高水平高职院校发展。Creating a“Double-Qualified”(i.e.Teacher Qualification Certificate plus Professional Qualification Certificate)teaching staff with high-level and high-quality is an important support for the development of higher vocational colleges,and also an important goal of the“Double-High Plan”(i.e.Higher Vocational Colleges and Professional Construction Plan with Chinese Characteristics)construction.At present,the construction of“Double-Qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges is confronted with such difficulties as the lack of unified standards for teachers’professional development,the lack of training platform for improving teachers’abilities,and the imperfection of the driving mechanism for teachers’professional development.It is urgent to speed up the construction of relevant standards,the establishment of platform support and the promotion of mechanism innovation.to promote the development of high-level vocational colleges.
