摘  要:针对常顶系统的铵盐结晶和腐蚀问题,构建了常压塔顶工况下NH 3和HCl气体反应结晶的数理模型,进行温度场、流动场和浓度场多物理场耦合分析,通过数值模拟的方式探讨了管路系统内铵盐的分布状况,为管路系统的腐蚀防护提供参考。该研究方法基于几何结构建模,通过计算流体动力学和多物理场耦合相结合的分析,直接展现设备几何位置层面的铵盐浓度,结果更加准确,可视化程度更高。With regard to the crystallization and corrosion of ammonium salt in the overhead system,a mathematical model for the crystallization reaction between NH 3(g)and HCl(g)under high temperature was established through multi-physics coupling of temperature field,flow field and concentration field.Furthermore,the distribution of ammonium salt in pipeline system was discussed by numerical simulation,which provided reference for corrosion protection of pipeline system.Based on geometric structure modeling,as well as the combination of computational fluid dynamics and multi-physics coupling analysis,this research method could directly show the concentration of ammonium salt at different geometric position of the equipment.Moreover,the results were more accurate and had a higher degree of visualization.
