摘　　要：目的综述开发离散选择实验属性和水平的研究进展,为实证研究提供理论基础。方法以"离散选择实验"作为CNKI数据库和万方数据库的检索词,以"patient preference"、"discrete choice^*"、"discrete-choice^*"、"attribute^*"作为PubMed数据库的检索词,检索关于医疗卫生健康领域离散选择实验属性和水平开发的相关文献,总结开发离散选择实验属性和水平的研究现状、研究方法。结果离散选择实验属性和水平的设计流程、研究方法等没有统一的标准,且大多数研究没有详细报告开发过程。结论详细报告开发离散选择实验属性和水平的过程,可以提高实验质量、促进学科发展。Objective The aim of this study was to review the research progress in developing attributes and levels of discrete choice experiments, and to provide a theoretical basis for empirical research. Methods Using "discrete choice experiment" as the search term in the CNKI database and Wan fang database, and using "patient preference", "discrete choice^*", "discrete-choice^*", and "attribute^*" as the search terms in the PubMed database, relevant literatures on the development of attributes and levels of discrete choice experiments in the field of medical and health were searched. The research status and methods of the development of attributes and levels of discrete choice experiments were summarized. Results There was no uniform standard for the design process and research methods of the development of attributes and levels of discrete choice experiments, and most studies didn’t report the development process in detail. Conclusion The detailed report of the process of developing attributes and levels of discrete choice experiments can improve the quality of experiments and promote the development of disciplines.
