摘 要:以一种新型移动滚轮托架输送机为研究对象,通过对滚轮托架力学模型进行Adams虚拟样机仿真分析,得到两种工况下轮轨接触力。在动力学仿真基础上,运用有限元软件Ansys对不同工况下的输送机进行静力学仿真分析,得到最大应力、应变,并计算各部件的安全系数,验证结构合理性。应用Ansys workbench中的New mark积分法对换向架和分离架进行动力学响应分析,得出位移、加速度瞬态值。研究结果表明:加负载后,输送机轮轨接触力会变化,但不会移动滚轮托架输送机的薄弱位置,并且Z轴方向的反常变化说明了横向载荷的不可控性。为移动滚轮托架输送机的结构改进提供理论依据。In this paper,a new type of moving roller bracket conveyor is taken as the research object.The simulation of Adams virtual prototype is carried out on the mechanical model of the roller bracket to obtain the contact force of the wheel and rail under two working conditions.On the basis of dynamic simulation,static simulation analysis of the conveyor under different working conditions was carried out by using finite element software Ansys to obtain the maximum stress and strain,and the safety factor of each component was calculated to verify the structural rationality.The dynamic response analysis of the reversing frame and the separation frame is carried out by using the New mark integration method in ANSYS workbench,and the displacement and acceleration transient values are obtained.The results show that after the load is applied,the contact force of the conveyor wheel rail will change,but the weak position of the roller carriage conveyor will not be moved,and the abnormal variation in the Z-axis direction indicates the uncontrollability of the lateral load.Provide a theoretical basis for the structural improvementof the moving roller carriage conveyor.
