论人文关怀融入大学生思想政治教育的意义与路径

摘　　要：以人为本成为当今教育界公认的教育理念之一,我国部分高校思想政治教育工作目前存在人文关怀的缺失、对学生主体性的忽视等问题。因此,加强人文关怀是当今高校思想政治教育的必然要求。将人文关怀研究与高等院校思想政治教育紧密结合,不但能使思想政治教育真正做到以人为本,促进大学生的全面发展,更有利于文明校园与和谐社会的构建。将人文关怀融入大学生思想政治教育的路径主要有:提高教育者的人文素养、尊重学生的个体性发展、注重学生的情感需求、加强学生心理疏导工作以及积极打造健康和谐的校园文化环境等。People-oriented education has become one of the recognized educational concepts in the field of education.There exist some problems in our ideological and political education,such as the lack of humanistic care,the neglect of students′subjectivity and so on.Therefore,strengthening humanistic care becomes the inevitable requirement of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The close combination of humanistic care research and ideological and political education in colleges and universities can not only make ideological and political education truly people-oriented,promote the overall development of college students,but also contribute to the construction of a civilized campus and a harmonious society.The main ways to integrate humanistic care into the ideological and political education of college students should be:to improve the humanistic quality of educators,to respect the individual development of students,to pay attention to the emotional needs of students,to strengthen the psychological guidance of students,and to actively create a healthy and harmonious campus cultural environment.
