小汗腺螺旋腺瘤1例

摘　　要：患者女,26岁,右侧上胸部红色斑丘疹伴压痛3年余。皮肤科情况:患者右侧上胸部可见多个约绿豆大小圆形红斑丘疹,表面光滑,界限清楚,单侧带状分布,质中偏软,压痛明显,压之不退色。皮损组织病理示:肿瘤组织由两种细胞成分构成,一种细胞核大,胞浆少、淡染,核仁明显、呈空泡状,位于瘤体中央;另一种细胞核小,深染,位于瘤体周边。诊断为小汗腺螺旋腺瘤。A 26-year-old female who had red maculopapular lesion with tenderness on the right upper chest for more than three years.Dermatological examination showed that multiple round maculopapular lesion about the size of mung beans on the upper right upper chest of the patient,with smooth surface,clear boundary and unilateral zonal-shaped distribution,soft in nature,obvious tenderness and no fading under pressure.Histopathological examination of the skin tissue showed that the tumor was composed of two cell components.One had a large nucleus,less cytoplasm and light staining,with prominent vacuolar nucleoli and located in the center of the tumor,while the other had small,hyperchromatic nuclei near the tumor.The diagnosis was eccrine spiradenoma.
