梭形细胞血管瘤1例

摘　　要：患者女,12岁,右下颌部反复起皮疹1年余。皮肤科情况:右下颌可见一约黄豆大小紫红色结节,质硬,周边可见结痂,周围可见丝线缠绕。皮损组织病理示:真皮中下层由海绵状血管腔隙和梭形细胞组成的团块。诊断为梭形细胞血管瘤。A 12-year-old female presented with a nodule on the right submandibular more than one year.Physical examination showed a hard and red nodule about the size of soybean on the right mandible,scab and silk thread can be seen around.Histopathological examination showed mass consisting of cavernous vascular spaces and spindle cells in the lower dermis.The diagnosis was made as spindle cell hemangioma.
