摘　　要：目的总结乳腺血管肉瘤的临床病理及分子生物学特征。方法回顾性分析3例乳腺血管肉瘤患者的临床病理特征、免疫组织化学及分子生物学检测结果。结果肿块体积2.0 cm×2.0 cm×1.8 cm^14.0 cm×9.0 cm×4.0 cm;2例呈实性,1例呈蜂窝状。1例瘤组织由不规则互相吻合血管腔构成,管腔内皮扁平,无明显增生及细胞异型性;2例由梭形、上皮样细胞构成。组织学形态变化多样,表现类似良性血管瘤、低分化上皮癌或梭形细胞肉瘤。瘤细胞免疫组织化学显示CD31、CD34、FLI-1、ERG阳性。3例MYC基因均无扩增。结论乳腺血管肉瘤组织学形态多样,免疫组织化学无特殊,需注意鉴别诊断。Objective To summarize the clinicopathologic and molecular biological features of breast angiosarcoma.Methods The clinicopathological features,molecular biological features and immunohistochemical test results of 3 patients with breast angiosarcoma were retrospectively analyzed.Results Three cases of breast angiosarcoma(2 of solid and 1 of honeycomb)ranged from 2.0 cm×2.0 cm×1.8 cm to 14.0 cm×9.0 cm×4.0 cm in volume.The tumor tissue of 1 case was composed of vascular lumen with irregular anastomosis,the lumen endothelium was flat,and there was no obvious hyperplasia or cell atypia;and the tumor tissues of the other 2 cases were composed of spindle and epithelioid cells.The histologic morphology was varied,resembling benign hemangioma,poorly differentiated epithelial carcinoma,or spindle cell sarcoma.Immunohistochemical result was positive CD31,CD34,FLI-1 and ERG.No MYC gene amplification was found in 3 cases.Conclusion The breast angiosarcoma is varied in histologic morphology,and not specific in immunohistochemistry,therefore the differential diagnosis is very important.
