摘　　要：嵌合抗原受体T细胞(CAR-T)治疗淋巴瘤和白血病效果显著,大量基础和临床研究也使CAR-T疗法迅速发展,文章就CAR-T疗法的概念、CAR-T在血液病中的应用以及所面临的问题和解决策略进行综述。Chimeric antigen receptor T-cell(CAR-T)therapy is effective in treating lymphoma and leukemia.A large number of basic and clinical studies have led to the rapid development of CAR-T therapy.This paper reviews the concept of CAR-T therapy,the application of CAR-T in hematologic diseases,and the problems and solutions of CAR-T.
