摘　　要：对酶联免疫方法试剂盒检测饲料中赭曲霉毒素A进行验证,通过不同品牌试剂盒方法进行对比,可知,在线性关系、回收率、精密度和抗干扰等方面,品牌P试剂盒方法较好,能够作为乳制品企业快速筛查饲料的一种定量检测方法。The detection of ochratoxin A in feed with elisa kit was verified by comparing the methods of different brands of kit.It can be known that the brand P kit method is better in terms of linear relationship,recovery rate,precision and anti-interference,etc.,and can be used as a quantitative detection method for dairy enterprises to quickly screen feed.
