摘 要:针对传统心理健康教育课程在教学设计、内容及方法上存在的缺憾,基于积极心理学的理论框架提出心理健康教育课程改革的思路及策略,即改革课程内容,选取"积极题材";改革方式方法,增进"积极体验",营造"积极关系";变革评价方式,实行过程考核与结果考核相结合。结合高职院校实际情况,提出课程后续研究方向,即加强学情调研与分析、实施"教师教学能力分层次提升工程"、加强"课程思政"研究等。This paper aims at the traditional mental health education curriculum in teaching design, contents and methods which exists various of shortcomings and proposes the curriculum reform thoughts and strategies based on the theoretical frame of positive psychology like the followings: improving curriculum contents with positive themes, changing teaching methods to increase positive experience and relationship, and reforming evaluation ways with the combination between process evaluation and result evaluation. According to the current situations of higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the research direction of curriculum reform from the perspectives of strengthening survey and analysis, applying the project of teaching ability improvement, and enhancing the study on ideological and political curriculum.
