摘　　要：在国家"以创新驱动发展"战略的指引下,专业教育与"双创"教育融合是未来高等教育人才培养的发展趋势。通过总结通信工程专业人才培养过程的经验,查找专业教育与"双创"教育融合过程存在的差距,提出通过将创新创业能力融入专业人才培养、完善创新创业管理机制、建立体现弹性学分制的课程体系、加强师资队伍建设等途径,将"双创"教育融入通信工程人才培养全过程,探索一条培养具有"双创"能力的技能型人才之路。Under the background of the strategy of "development driven by innovation", the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education is the main trend of future talents cultivation in colleges. This paper summarizes the experience of talents cultivation of communication speciality, seeks the gaps in the process of integration between professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, and proposes the following paths: integrating the innovation ability into talents cultivation, improving the entrepreneurial management mechanism, building up the curriculum system with flexible credits, and enforcing the teaching staff construction in order to explore a way which cultivates skilled talents with innovation ability.
