针刺回阳九针穴对急性脑梗死患者认知功能及血UA、ACA、VEGF水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究针刺回阳九针穴对急性脑梗死患者认知功能及血UA、ACA、VEGF水平的影响。方法收集2018年5月-2019年5月急性脑梗死患者70例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各35例。对照组患者予以巴曲酶注射液5BU静脉注射,隔日1次,连用3日;注射用奥扎格雷钠80 mg静脉滴注,每日2次,连用14 d;舒血宁注射液20 mL静脉滴注,每日1次,连用14 d;复方甘露醇注射液250 mL静脉滴注,每日1次,连用7 d。试验组在对照组基础上予以针刺回阳九针穴治疗,每日1次,每针6次后停1日,共治疗14 d。治疗结束后对比2组患者临床疗效、认知功能及血UA、ACA、VEGF水平。结果治疗后2组血清UA、ACA水平降低,MMSE评分、VEGF水平增高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高,血清UA、ACA水平较低,MMSE评分、VEGF水平较高(P<0.05)。结论针刺回阳九针穴治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效显著,能促进认知功能的恢复,可能与下调血清UA及ACA水平,上调VEGE有关。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture at Huiyang Jiuzhen point on cognitive function and levels of UA,ACA and vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Seventy patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given batroxobin injection 5 BU intravenously once every other day for 3 days,ozagrel sodium 80 mg intravenously for injection twice a day for 14 days,Shuxuening injection 20 mL intravenously once a day for 4 weeks,and compound mannitol injection 250 mL intravenous drip once a day for 7 days.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was treated by acupuncture at Huiyang Jiuzhen point once a day,and stopped for 1 day after 6 times of each needle,for a total of 14 days.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,cognitive function,UA,ACA and vascular endothelial growth factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of UA and ACA in serum of the two groups decreased,while the levels of MMSE and VEGF increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher,the levels of UA and ACA in serum were lower,and the levels of MMSE and VEGF were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Huiyang Jiuzhen point has a significant clinical effect on acute cerebral infarction,and can promote the recovery of cognitive function.It may be related to down-regulation of UA and ACA levels and up-regulation of VEGE.
