姜挥发油、姜辣素外用对小鼠原发性痛经模型的初步研究

摘　　要：目的探讨姜挥发油、姜辣素外用对原发性痛经小鼠模型的影响。方法以双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂(扶他林)为阳性对照药,采用苯甲酸雌二醇和缩宫素制备原发性痛经小鼠模型,观察不同浓度的姜挥发油和姜辣素外用对小鼠扭体次数和扭体潜伏期的影响,从而评价其疗效。结果姜挥发油和姜辣素外用都能降低痛经小鼠的扭体次数,其中姜挥发油0.05 mL/只组减少扭体次数效果最显著(P<0.01)。结论姜挥发油和姜辣素外用对原发性痛经具有明显的镇痛作用。Objective To investigate the effects of external application of ginger volatile oil and gingerol on primary dysmenorrhea mice.Methods Diclofenac diethylamine emulsion(Vitalin)was used as a positive control drug.The primary dysmenorrhea mouse model was prepared by using estradiol benzoate and oxytocin.The mice were treated with different concentrations of ginger volatile oil and ginger ginger.The effect of the number of writhings and the latency of the writhing body was evaluated.Results The external application of ginger volatile oil and gingerol could reduce the number of writhing in dysmenorrhea mice.The effect of reducing the number of writhing was the most significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The external application of ginger volatile oil and gingerol has obvious analgesic effect on primary dysmenorrhea.
