猴头菌片治疗慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究猴头菌片用于治疗慢性胃炎以及消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2019年2月本院收治的70例慢性胃炎和70例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,分为常规组与项目组,每组中各有35例慢性胃炎和35例消化性溃疡患者。常规组患者仅服用阿莫西林、甲硝唑和奥美拉唑治疗,项目组患者加入猴头菌片药物治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果项目组患者慢性胃炎总治疗有效率为94.29%,消化性溃疡总治疗有效率为91.43%,均高于常规组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);项目组患者接受治疗后炎性因子水平低于常规组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);项目组服药不良反应发生率略低于常规组,组间差异无统计学意义。结论应用猴头菌片治疗慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡的临床疗效较好,可有效控制炎性反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Hericium erinaceus tablets in the treatment of chronic feeding and peptic ulcer.Methods 70 patients with chronic gastritis and 70 patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into the conventional group and the project group,35 patients with chronic gastritis and 35 patients with peptic ulcer in each group.The patients in the conventional group were only treated with amoxicillin,metronidazole and omeprazole.The patients in the project group were treated with Hericium erinaceus tablets on the basis of conventional group,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of chronic gastritis in the project group was 94.29%,and the total effective rate of peptic ulcer was 91.43%,which was higher than that in the conventional group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors was lower in the project group than in the conventional group.The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the project group was slightly lower than that in the conventional group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Hericium erinaceus tablets in the treatment of chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer is better,and it can effectively control the inflammatory response.It is recommended to be applied in clinical practice.
