摘　　要：目的探讨微切口巩膜槽W缝合悬吊人工晶体方法的应用及效果。方法收集悬吊植入人工晶体病例24例,按照手术方式分对照组和观察组,每组12例,12眼。分别于术后7 d、15 d、30d、90 d观察术后裸眼视力、OSDI评分。结果观察组术后OSDI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后7 d、15 d裸眼视力比较,P>0.05;两组术后30 d、90 d裸眼视力比较,P<0.05。结论微切口巩膜槽W缝合悬吊人工晶体方法术后视力稳定,并有较高的舒适度。Objective To explore the application and effect ofmicroincision folded intraocular lens with W suture suspension in sclera slot.Methods 24 cases of suspension intraocular lens implantation were collected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the surgical methods,12 eyes and 12 cases in each group.Visu⁃al acuity and OSDI scores of the two groups were respectively observed at 7 d,15 d,30 d and 90 d after operation.Re⁃sults OSDI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups at 7 d and 15 d after operation(P>0.05).But there was significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups at 30 d and 90 d after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Microincision folded intraocular lens with W suture suspension in sclera slot have stable vision and high level of comfort.
