内镜护士配合消化科护士在消化内科内镜微创治疗患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析应用消化内科内镜微创治疗中内镜护士配合消化科护士对实施内镜下治疗患者的影响。方法纳入2018年7月~2019年4月期间收治66例患者。随机均分2组。对比两组患者手术前焦虑、抑郁情绪评分差异及护理效果。结果经不同模式护理后,研究组患者术前焦虑、抑郁情绪评分均明显低于对照组,且患者护理满意度显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化内科内镜微创治疗中内镜护士及消化科护士的护理配合,可有助于积极改善患者术前不良情绪,确保手术的顺利实施,护理效果显著。Objective To analyze the impact of endoscopy nurses and gastroenterology nurses on patients undergoing endoscopic treatment in the application of minimally invasive endoscopy in gastroenterology Methods We enrolled 66 patients from July 2018 to April 2019.Randomly divided into 2 groups.Compare the difference in anxiety and depression scores and nursing effects between the two groups before operation.Results After different modes of care,the preoperative anxiety and depression scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the patient's nursing satisfaction was significantly improved,P<0.05.Conclusion Nursing cooperation between endoscopic nurses and gastroenterology nurses in endoscopic minimally invasive treatment of gastroenterology can help to improve patients'preoperative bad mood,ensure the smooth operation of the operation,and have a significant nursing effect.
