摘　　要：目的:研究快速康复外科模式应用于食管癌患者的效果。方法:选取2018年2月~2019年11月某院食管癌患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组行常规康复外科模式,研究组行快速康复外科模式,观察两组患者的手术指标、胃肠功能恢复时间、营养指标、并发症发生率。结果:研究组拔管时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),住院费用显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间、首次排气时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1周、术后3周研究组血清白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PAB)、转铁蛋白(TF)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率(12.50%)显著低于对照组(32.50%)(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科模式应用于食管癌患者能显著提高临床疗效,改善胃肠功及营养状况,且安全性较高。Objective:To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery on esophageal cancer patients.Methods:80 patients with esophageal cancer who were treated in a hospital from February 2018 to November 2019 were divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional rehabilitation surgery,and the study group received rapid rehabilitation surgery.The operation indexes,recovery time of gastrointestinal function,nutrition indexes and complication rate in the two groups were observed.Results:The extubation time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the hospitalization cost was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds,the first defecation time and the first exhaust time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PAB)and transferrin(TF)in 1 week and 3 week after surgery of study group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(12.50%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(32.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation surgery model can improve the clinical efficacy,improve gastrointestinal function and nutritional status,and has high safety.
