摘 要:重型载运车辆是我国道路运输的主要装备。受路面环境和任务工况影响,重型载运车辆在坡道、泥泞、凹凸不平等非结构化路面的行驶速度低,侧滑与侧翻事故时有发生。底盘动力学集成控制技术是提高车辆机动性、平顺性、安全性及操稳性的有效手段。本文着重分析了主动悬挂控制技术、转向控制技术、驱/制动控制技术及底盘集成控制技术等方面的最新研究成果,并针对重型载运车辆的特点,总结了现有研究的不足并对未来的发展方向进行了展望。Heavy vehicles are the main equipment of road transportation in China.Due to the influence of road environment and task conditions,the speed of heavy-duty vehicles on the ramp,muddy,uneven unstructured road is low,and side slip and rollover accidents often occur.The integrated control technology of chassis dynamics is an effective method to improve the mobility,ride vehicles comfortably,safely,and stably.The analysis of the latest research achievements is focused on the active suspension control technology,steering control technology,drive/brake control technology and chassis integrated control technology.According to the characteristics of heavy vehicles,the shortcomings of the existing research are summarized,and the future research directions and development trend are also prospected.
