摘  要:航空航天、机器人和工程机械等高端移动装备代表着国家工业技术水平,是大国重器的重要象征。为提升高端移动装备续航能力、机动性能和承载能力,进一步减轻移动装备重量是主要解决途径之一。液压系统是高端移动装备的重要组成部分,占有非常大的功率和重量,轻量化后可使整机性能得到明显改善。本文评述了国内外高端移动装备的液压元件与系统轻量化最新研究进展,分析了国内外诸多单位及学者在液压动力单元、液压驱动单元及电静液作动系统等方面的研究成果及特点,提出轻量化设计新理论、非金属材料新应用、增材制造新工艺和一体化集成新技术将是我国液压元件与系统轻量化发展方向。High-levelmobile equipments,such as aerospace,robot and construction machinery,area significant symbol of the heavy equipment,andrepresents national industrial technology level.To reduce weight of the high-level mobile equipment is one of the main methodsforimproving its endurance,maneuverability and carrying capacity.Generally,a hydraulic system is an important part of high-levelmobile equipment,and has huge power and weight,therefore,its lightweight will improve the performance of whole machine.The latest research progresses on the lightweight of thehydraulic components and systems for high-levelmobile equipment at home and abroad arereviewed in this paper.The research achievements and characteristics of hydraulic power unit,hydraulic drive unit and electro-hydrostatic actuator areanalyzed.New theory oflightweight design,new application of nonmetal materials,new additive manufacturing technology and new integrated technology will be considered as China's development direction for the lightweight of hydraulic components and systems.
