新形势下我国高校学生管理制度存在的问题与对策探析

摘　　要：随着社会不断发展,不可避免地出现了新旧观念碰撞、价值矛盾和利益冲突,高校学生管理制度存在一些滞后于社会发展的方面。从分析高校学生管理制度存在的管理理念跟不上时代要求、管理制度制定欠科学、制度执行正当程序不到位等三个方面问题入手,有针对性地进行探索。要做好高校学生管理制度工作:一是需要融入柔性管理理念,强化学生参与;二是要进一步完善学生管理制度;三是要规范制度执行中纪律处分程序。With the continuous development of society,there are inevitably conflicts between the old and the new ideas,conflicts in values and interest.The management system of college students lags behind the social development.Therefore,this article analyzes the three problems of college students'management system.The problems are as follows:the management idea can not keep up with the requirements of the times,the management system is unscientific,and the due process of system implementation is not in place.To do a good job in the management system of college students,the following three aspects shall be prioritized:integrating the concept of flexible management into the work and strengthening the participation of students,further improving the management system of students,and standardizing the disciplinary procedures in the implementation of the system.
