新形势下高校师德建设的优化路径研究

摘　　要：新形势下师德师风建设存在的主要问题体现在部分教师的自律性有待进一步加强、对科技创新的态度不够严谨和道德表率与底线要求的不统一。文章认为原因在于:失德行为是教师个体的一种主体性行为,要通过教师个体的道德自觉加以实现,而这造成了教师师德失范的隐蔽性。所以,师德建设体系是一项系统工程,具有自身的复杂性。高校应从加强意识形态引领、加强制度建设、树立师德典型、将工匠精神融入师德建设中和制定科学的师德考核负面清单等几方面优化高校师德建设。Under the new situation,the main problems of teachers’moral style construction lie in that some teachers’self-discipline needs to be further strengthened,their attitude towards scientific and technological innovation is not rigorous enough,and their moral model is not consistent with the bottom line.The reason is that moral misconduct is a subjective behavior of individual teachers,which should be realized through individual moral consciousness of teachers,which causes the hiddenness of the teacher’s moral misconduct.Therefore,the construction system of teacher ethics is a systematic project with its own complexity.Colleges and universities should optimize the construction of teachers’morality from the aspects of strengthening ideological leadership,strengthening system construction,establishing the typical teacher’s morality,integrating the spirit of artisans into the construction of teacher’s morality and formulating the negative list of scientific teacher’s moral assessment.
